Just a little note on freight arrangements to our customers who supply their own carriers.

If you have an issue with the freight or something is lost or damaged, you must take it up with the freight company you hired.

Sandhill can replace your damaged or lost freight, but it will be billed to you for the pieces remade and sent.  You would have to get reimbursement from the carrier that lost or misplaced your frieght.

SANDHILL IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THOSE LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS.

Now…

If Sandhill hires the carrier, we will do all we can to find your freight if it’s missing, or send out replacement parts at no charge.

ALWAYS SIGN YOUR BILL OF LADING ACCORDINGLY….

DAMAGED- mark damaged and the amount of pieces by where you sign your name

MISSING- mark missing and the amount

WRONG PRODUCT- mark wrong product or call us to refuse the shipment.

If the Bill of Lading is signed clear- Sandhill assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged freight.  So please check over your shipments before signing the Bill of Lading to ensure you got what you ordered with no damages.

These little things will assure a smooth delivery and good relationships between all involved.

Thanks for your attention to this matter!  We appreciate your business!
