A lot of folks ask…”What is #2 plastic?”

Answer:
#2 plastic is HDPE (high density polyethlene)

Pill Bottles, Milk Jugs, Buckets, Oil Bottles, Pop and Juice Containers, Film, and Bullet Casings are just a few of the products made with #2 plastic.

At Sandhill Plastics, we take those items, grind up and wash and put into our extrusion operation to bring you a Utility Grade Plastic Sheet for a variety of uses. We manufacture a 100% recycled product.

High Density Polyethlene is a very rigid and durable product that can be used for many applications.
